Vice President - Performance Reporting

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement performance attribution

- Implementing performance accounting and reporting very strong into performance management

- Worked into different asset classes and asset management

- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and communicate investment performance metrics.

- Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of performance reporting.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in investment banking with a focus on performance reporting.

- Strong understanding of market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
