Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.

- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve the best results.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketers, fostering a collaborative environment to meet and exceed targets.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

- Market Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Apply insights to innovate and stay ahead in the performance marketing domain.

- Crisis Navigator: Lead the development and execution of crisis communication plans to mitigate negative publicity. Think strategically, act decisively, and communicate effectively under pressure to protect company's reputation.

- Industry Observer: Stay abreast of the evolving fintech landscape, regulatory environment, and public policy issues relevant to the organisation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree (MBA) is a must.

- 15 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital channels such as SEM, social media advertising, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.

- At least 5 years in a leadership role, managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.

- Proven track record of developing and executing performance-driven campaigns that have measurably impacted user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a significant advantage

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and market conditions.

- In-depth understanding of the Indian digital ecosystem, including user behavior, platform nuances, and regulatory considerations.

- Experience in budget management, optimizing marketing spend for maximum ROI.

- Understanding of the fintech industry and its regulatory landscape is a plus.
