Position: Vice President - Partnerships (Large Corporates)

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with large corporates, financial institutions, and treasury teams. The incumbent will drive high-value transactions, originate and distribute fixed-income products, establish long-term client relationships, and contribute significantly to revenue growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with large corporates, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

- Drive high-value transactions and partnership-led revenue growth.

- Originate and place AA+/AAA-rated bonds and fixed-income products.

- Develop strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, Treasury Heads, and key decision-makers.

- Set up and scale the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) Desk.

- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of 1-2 professionals.

- Own and manage the P&L for the Large Corporate Partnerships business.

- Work closely with internal teams to structure and execute transactions.

- Leverage existing networks to generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: MBA / Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.

- 10-18+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Corporate Coverage, Fixed Income Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.

- Strong experience in originating and placing AA+/AAA-rated bonds and fixed-income products.

- Established relationships with Corporate Treasuries, Financial Institutions, and Large Corporate Clients.

- Proven track record of managing high-value transactions and driving revenue growth.

- Experience working with reputed broking firms, financial institutions, or organizations dealing with top-rated debt instruments.

- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
