VP - Organization Design (15-20 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior leader to drive Organization Development (OD) and Productivity initiatives across the business. The role will focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness, improving workforce productivity, and building scalable people practices aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead organization development initiatives including org design, restructuring, and workforce planning

- Drive productivity improvement programs across functions using data-driven insights

- Partner with business leaders to identify efficiency gaps and implement sustainable solutions

- Design and implement performance management frameworks and productivity metrics

- Lead initiatives around talent management, succession planning, and leadership development

- Build and track KPIs related to workforce efficiency, cost optimization, and output improvement

- Drive change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and structures

- Leverage analytics and digital tools to enhance organizational effectiveness

- Benchmark best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:

- 12-18+ years of experience in Organization Development, Productivity, or HR Transformation roles

- Strong experience in org design, workforce planning, and performance management

- Proven track record of driving productivity or efficiency improvement initiatives

- Strong stakeholder management with exposure to senior leadership

- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics

- Experience in large organizations / conglomerates preferred

Preferred Background:

- Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, or large-scale enterprises

- Exposure to consulting or transformation projects is a plus
