- In- depth exposure into Order Management, Collections, Billing, Contracts, Cash Applications and Stakeholder Management.

- Handling Process Design and Delivery Lead (Collections, Cash Applications, Deductions and Order Management).

- Oversee Stabilisation and Process Excellence, Relationship Management, Customer Engagement.

- Ensuring Transformation and Process Improvement through QPA/RPA & Value Share Initiatives.

- Process Analytics, COE Stabilisation & Standardisation across OTC functions.

- Process Transitioning, Relationship Management, Project Billing, AR process Operations & Employee engagement.

- Lead for Collections, Cash Applications, and Invoicing team.

- Process Excellence, Relationship Management, Project Billing, Process Transition, Resource Planning &Employee Development. Collections team for Captive business segments(Infrastructure, Application Development and Consulting)

- Managed implementation of the Getpaid Tool and ERP upgrade to Oracle R12 Version.

- Profile stability mandatory.
