Role : Vice President - Operations

Location : Mumbai (25 - 30% Travel)

About the Role :

We are building a workforce-led marketplace in agriculture, connecting skilled workers with farmers across multiple regions. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a senior operations leader to build and run the execution engine of the business.

Reporting directly to the Founder, this role will own operational performance across geographies, workforce deployment, service delivery, expansion, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end operations across multiple regions and categories.

- Drive workforce allocation, deployment, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Build scalable operating processes to support rapid growth and geographic expansion.

- Improve operational efficiency, utilization, forecasting, and unit economics.

- Launch and stabilize new markets while ensuring consistent execution standards.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operations teams.

- Partner with Sales, Supply, Product, and Leadership teams to drive business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate :

- 8 - 15+ years of experience in operations leadership roles.

- Experience managing large distributed blue-collar or field workforces.

- Strong track record of scaling multi-city or multi-region operations.

- Comfortable operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments.

- Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational metrics and unit economics.

- Hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with execution.
