Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Evaluation & Opportunity Development:

- Identify and evaluate investment and partnership opportunities across leagues, team franchises, sporting events, and media platforms.

- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis.

- Build robust financial models, projections, and return frameworks.

- Lead commercial due diligence, including revenue potential, cost structures, and risk assessment.

Deal Structuring & Commercial Negotiation:

- Structure complex commercial agreements with league owners, federations, franchise promoters, media partners, and sponsors.

- Develop sustainable revenue models and monetization frameworks.

- Lead negotiations and ensure commercially sound deal terms.

- Partner with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

Execution & Operational Leadership:

- Front multifunctional teams across finance, legal, sales, and operations to drive execution.

- Oversee budgeting, project costing, and financial tracking.

- Ensure timely delivery of initiatives from concept to execution.

- Monitor performance metrics and ensure ROI realization.

Portfolio Governance & Oversight:

- Maintain oversight across multiple concurrent sporting initiatives.

- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance tracking.

- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board.

- Ensure alignment between long-term vision and operational execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- MBA from a top-tier institution (IIM preferred).

- 8-12 years of experience, including:

a. 3+ years in Consulting / Private Equity / Investment Banking

b. 3+ years in Business Operations or P&L ownership role

- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.

- Demonstrated experience in due diligence and deal structuring.

- Exposure to sports, media, entertainment, or consumer ecosystems preferred.

- Proven experience working with CXOs, promoters, and external stakeholders.

- Strong executive presence and team leadership capability.
