Role Overview:

As the VP - Operations - Real Estate, you will spearhead all operational aspects of our real estate projects in Dehradun, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, construction, finance, and sales, as well as external stakeholders such as vendors, contractors, and clients. Your leadership will directly impact project profitability, client satisfaction, and the overall success of our real estate ventures in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all real estate operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, maximizing profitability and client satisfaction.

- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance across all real estate projects.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial targets are met, contributing to the company's bottom line.

- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, enhancing team performance and morale.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of services, supporting project timelines and budgets.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks across all real estate projects, implementing business continuity plans to minimize disruptions and ensure operational resilience, safeguarding company assets and reputation.

- Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle, enhancing client loyalty and generating repeat business.

- Drive process excellence initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices, increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and manage the P&L for the operations division, ensuring financial targets are achieved and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

- Collaborate with the financial planning team to develop long-term financial strategies and forecasts, ensuring the sustainable growth and profitability of the real estate portfolio.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale real estate operations, delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Proven expertise in project management, construction operations, budgeting, risk management, and vendor management.

- Exceptional client management and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and financial planning.

- Ability to drive process excellence and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Dehradun, requiring strong presence and leadership within the project teams.
