Vice President - Operations/Manufacturing - FMCG/Pharma

Preferred candidates from the FMCG / Pharma industry

Responsibilities:

- Lead factory operations, including production planning, inventory, and logistics

- Optimise manufacturing processes for cost, quality, and throughput

- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

- Collaborate with procurement and engineering for seamless operations

- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and capital expenditures

- Develop KPIs and monitor performance across departments

Qualifications

- 8+ years in manufacturing operations, with leadership experience

- Strong knowledge of production systems, supply chain, and quality assurance

- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business (MBA preferred)

- MBA + Engineering ( IIM Mumbai , NITIE , + Engineering

- CTC Negotiable

- 8 + years of experience

- Core production experience is needed, not necessarily from Pharm, but can be from any FMCG industry
