We are partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to appoint a Vice President - Operations who will play a pivotal role in scaling multi-plant operations and driving operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Vice President - Operations will be responsible for driving operational excellence across manufacturing facilities, scaling processes to support business growth, strengthening plant governance, and leading high-performance production teams. This role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into world-class execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple plants.

2. Drive operational efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, and quality excellence.

3. Own strategic planning, PPC, capacity planning, and process improvement initiatives.

4. Build scalable operating models aligned with growth objectives.

5. Champion digitization, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives including AI, IoT, and smart manufacturing.

6. Establish strong performance management, governance, and compliance frameworks.

7. Develop and mentor large, diverse, multi-location teams.

8. Drive a culture of accountability, safety, ethics, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

1. 22-25 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.

2. Strong exposure to electronics, PCB, technical manufacturing, or closely related segments.

3. Proven success in managing complex plant operations in fast-paced environments.

4. Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, process excellence, and data-driven decision making.

5. Deep understanding of digitization, automation, AI, and IoT in manufacturing.

6. Innovative, execution-oriented, and commercially aware leader.

7. Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Education

1. BE / BTech / MTech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.

2. MBA in Operations from a leading institute preferred.

Additional Information

Mumbai-based role with frequent travel to manufacturing facilities.

Relocation to Mumbai is expected if currently based outside the city.
