Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

- Lead and manage the end-to-end IT staff augmentation business unit, aligning operations with organizational strategy to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

- Own delivery excellence, operational governance, and compliance with internal policies, SLAs, and quality standards.

Performance Management & Reporting

- Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) through dashboards and scorecards.

- Monitor revenue growth, gross margins, placement closure rates, utilization, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement to guide decision-making and performance improvement.

Financial & P&L Ownership

- Own the units financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and margin optimization.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profitability targets while identifying cost-efficiency and scalability opportunities.

Business Development & Partnerships

- Collaborate with Sales on RFPs, proposals, pricing, and pre-sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.

- Build and manage strategic partnerships with staffing vendors, talent suppliers, and channel partners to strengthen the resource pipeline and market reach.

Customer Engagement & Delivery Assurance

- Ensure a superior client experience by overseeing delivery commitments, managing escalations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Drive high retention, repeat business, and referrals through consistent service quality and proactive engagement.

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead and mentor Delivery Managers, Account Managers, Team Leads, and Resourcing Leads.

- Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, build leadership capability, and ensure team alignment with organizational objectives.

Talent Development & Culture Building

- Identify skill gaps and implement structured training, development plans, and career progression paths.

- Foster a high-performance, ethical, and collaborative culture that promotes engagement, accountability, and long-term retention.

Process Improvement & Governance

- Champion continuous improvement by streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and resolving operational bottlenecks.

- Strengthen accountability, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration.

Executive Reporting & Analysis

- Provide regular business reviews and insights to the CEO and senior leadership, covering sales pipeline, delivery health, financial performance, and strategic risks.

- Use data-driven insights to recommend course corrections and growth initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Revenue and gross margin growth

- Net new client acquisitions and contract wins

- Account expansion and utilization growth

- Client satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and escalation rates

- Employee engagement, retention, and attrition

- Time-to-fill, placement success rate, and consultant utilization

- Process, SLA, and compliance adherence

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 10+ years in IT staffing or staff augmentation, with proven P&L or business unit leadership

- Business Acumen: Strong track record in revenue growth, profitability, and scaling operations

- Industry Network: Deep understanding of the IT staffing ecosystem with strong vendor and partner relationships

- Leadership: Exceptional people leadership, performance management, and coaching skills

- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation capabilities

- Analytical & Technical: Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM/ATS, dashboards, and financial modeling

- Personal Attributes: Ethical, resilient, decisive, and results-driven

- Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.

- Relevant certifications are an advantage

Reporting Structure & Location

- Reports directly to the CEO

- Based at Jaipur HQ initially, with potential relocation to a Tier-1 city

- Travel as required for clients, partners, and recruitment initiatives
