Vice President - Operations

A) Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the group's long term vision

B) Drive operational scalability across multiple industries and business units

C) Establish performance metrics, operational KPIs, and reporting systems

D) Oversee day to day operational efficiency, productivity, quality control, and cost optimization

E) Introduce technology, automation and best practices to improve productivity

F) Standardize systems, and SOPs across business verticals, where applicable

G) Monitor cost control, operational budgets, resource allocation requirements

H) Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental, safety, and operational compliance requirements

I) Collaborate with promoters, directors, and senior leadership on business expansion initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

A) Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration. MBA preferred

B) 15+ years of operational leadership experience preferably across diversified industries

C) Proven experience managing large scale operations and multi location business
