Vice President - Operations

The Vice President - Operations will lead end-to-end operations strategy and execution across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and process excellence. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, scalability, cost optimization, and service excellence while aligning operations with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall operations including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and warehousing

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business growth plans

- Drive process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives

- Oversee capacity planning, demand-supply alignment, and inventory optimization

- Implement performance metrics (KPIs) and governance frameworks across operations

- Lead large cross-functional teams and build strong leadership bench strength

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements

- Drive digital transformation, automation, and system-led operations (ERP/WMS/MES)

- Collaborate with commercial, finance, and leadership teams for business enablement

- Manage vendor relationships, outsourcing partners, and service-level performance
