Vice President - Non-Tech Functions

Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to join our Pune Center of Excellence as Vice President - Non-Tech Functions. This role will oversee and scale teams across Content Development, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations, ensuring alignment with our global business objectives and operational standards. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with deep functional expertise and a proven ability to work effectively with U.S.-based leadership.
This role will work closely with the SVP, Engineering and the Country Leader for India to ensure cross-functional alignment, operational integration, and strategic execution across the Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Define and execute the vision for non-tech functions in alignment with our global strategy.
- Serve as a senior leader within the India organization, contributing to cross-functional planning and execution.
- Lead and manage teams across Content Development, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations.
- Ensure operational integration and excellence across all managed functions.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure accountability and high performance.
- Partner closely with U.S.-based leaders, the SVP of Engineering, and the Country Leader for India to ensure seamless execution of global initiatives.
- Act as a strategic liaison between India operations and global business units.
- Ensure adherence to local and global compliance standards, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and internal control frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in corporate operations, with leadership exposure in at least two of the following areas: Content Development, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations.
- Proven success in managing large-scale teams and delivering operational excellence.
- Must have experience scaling a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India, including building teams, establishing processes, and aligning with global standards.
- Strong understanding of financial management, business operations, and performance metrics.
- Experience working closely with U.S.-based leadership teams is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
