Role Overview: We are looking for a VP - Operations to lead the companys end-to-end operational excellence spanning growth execution, team productivity, process optimization, and business scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple functions - product, marketing, finance, and customer experience. - Build scalable processes, frameworks, and KPIs to drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth. - Partner with leadership to translate the companys aggressive growth goals into measurable execution plans. - Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews, ensuring cross-functional alignment. - Implement data-driven decision-making, building dashboards and insights to track progress and identify bottlenecks. - Drive P&L accountability, ensuring profitability and operational discipline at scale. - Build and mentor a lean, high-performance operations team. - Work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, new market expansion, and process automation.
