Vice President - Online/Web Sales - Life Insurance Firm

Looking for a dynamic individual from Life Insurance company who can build the Online business by driving Online Direct Customer Acquisition, Online Partnerships with Aggregators & Distributors.

Responsibilities:

- To drive new initiatives across key business vectors, work with partners and internal departments in order to meet sales and other key performance targets.

- To set up metrics and monitoring systems(MIS) to track key performance indicators which are meeting / not meeting expectations

- To drive business top Line and set clear objectives for team in sync with business objectives.

- To build and develop commercial and strategic long-term relationships with our key partners.

- To drive business quality across various business sources ensuring renewal collections

- To create talent & build culture for digital team.
