Description:
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Build and lead the overall online growth charter across Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and others), and D2C (company website)
- Define and deliver aggressive growth targets revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
- Develop an integrated growth roadmap balancing short-term performance with long-term brand equity.
Operations & Performance:
- Oversee digital P&L across online channels, ensuring strong ROI on marketing spends and efficient contribution margins.
- Drive data-led decision making with deep insights into CAC, LTV, channel ROI, repeat, and funnel optimisation.
- Partner with tech, product, and analytics teams to enhance customer experience and conversion on D2C platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end digital operations product listings, supply availability, pricing integrity, SLA adherence, and order fulfilment performance across platforms.
- Collaborate with supply-chain and warehousing teams to ensure demand planning, inventory health, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.
- Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cross-channel alignment and faster execution.
Data & Analytics:
- Champion a data-first growth culture, enabling smarter decisions through insights and automation.
- Institutionalise business intelligence tools and dashboards for real-time visibility and performance management via tools such as GobbleCube, Hector, Amazon Pi, Blinkit Insights, Zepto Atom, etc.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a multi-functional team of category managers, growth marketers, and channel leads.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, creative, and finance teams to ensure seamless growth execution.
- Represent Company's digital business in strategic forums and drive partnerships with key online platforms.
Innovation & Expansion:
- Identify and unlock new growth levers emerging commerce models, new marketplaces, influencer-led commerce, and category extensions.
- Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics to continuously refine growth playbooks.
Who You Are:
- 10-15 years of experience in E-commerce / Consumer Tech / FMCG / D2C environments.
- Proven track record of driving growth across online channels with P&L ownership.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical grounding and a bias for action.
- Leader who can inspire teams and drive operational excellence at scale.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, operations, SEO, and online merchandising.
