Vice President - Oncology Sales & Marketing - Pharma

Hiring: Vice President - Oncology Sales and Marketing.

We are looking for a senior pharmaceutical commercial leader to lead the Oncology business of a leading pharmaceutical organization.

Location: Mumbai.

Experience: 18 - 25+ Years.

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall Oncology Sales and Marketing strategy.

- Own business growth, revenue, profitability and P&L.

- Drive national sales strategy and large-team leadership.

- Lead Oncology product launches and portfolio strategy.

- Build strong relationships with Oncologists, KOLs, hospitals and institutions.

- Drive market expansion, brand strategy and commercial excellence.

- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market share.

- Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain and other functions.

Ideal Profile:

- Looking for senior leaders currently or previously working as Vice President, Senior Vice President, Business Head, Commercial Head, National Sales Head, General Manager, Senior General Manager, Assistant Vice President or Director - Oncology.

- Candidates should have strong experience in Oncology Sales and Marketing, P&L ownership, team leadership and the Indian pharmaceutical market.

- Preferred exposure: Oncology formulations, Injectables, Oral Oncology, Solid Tumors, Hemato-Oncology, Targeted Therapy, Immuno-Oncology and Biosimilars.
