Lead Mortgage Legal Operations and Compliance

- Oversee legal due diligence, title verification, and property documentation

- Draft & review commercial agreements, contracts, and finance-related instruments

- Liaise with external counsels for dispute resolution and litigation strategy

- Collaborate with Treasury on fund-raising and securitization deals

- Standardize legal processes and mentor legal teams across zones

What Were Looking For

- Strong grip on mortgage law, property documentation, and regulatory frameworks

- Law degree (LLB); LLM/fintech/treasury legal exposure is a bonus

- Experience in managing multi-location teams and legal strategy

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
