Vice President - Merger & Acquisition

Job Description:

Role and responsibilities including, but are not limited to the following

- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing M&A strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.

- Deal Origination: Identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships.

- Financial Analysis & Valuation: Conducting in-depth financial analysis, building financial models and performing valuations to assess potential deals.

- Due Diligence: Leading and coordinating the due diligence process, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.

- Negotiation & Structuring: Negotiating deal terms and collaborating with legal and financial teams to structure transactions.

- Integration Management: Overseeing the integration of acquired companies, ensuring a smooth transition and realization of deal value.

Job Specifications:

1. The incumbent should be qualified MBA with a reputed institute OR CA/CFA

2. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills:

3. Experience in leading deals from origination to completion.

4. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Knowledge of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements.

6. Comfortable working in a multinational environment

7. Client service mentality and flexible team player

The role will report to the Co - Head of M&A (Investment Banking)
