Vice President - Merger & Acquisition - Healthcare/TMT/Infrastructure Sector - Investment Bank

VPs in Investment Banking Division (Equity & M&A), focusing on Healthcare, TMT and Infra Sector.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 15+ years of expertise:

Key Responsibilities:

- Deal Origination - Identify and develop new business opportunities in M&A and private equity

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and other key stakeholders.

- Lead client pitches, develop investment theses, and secure mandates

- Lead and execute M&A transactions, equity financing, and strategic investments in the particular sectors

- Drive deal structuring, negotiations, and end-to-end execution.

- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and associates, providing guidance on deal structuring, financial modelling, and market research.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and support business growth.

- Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support investment decisions.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Investment Banking with a strong focus on a particular sector

- Strong track record of successfully originating and executing M&A and capital-raising transactions.

- Strong financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA or equivalent qualification.

- Strong network within the investment banking and private equity ecosystem.

- Proven track record in deal origination and successful execution of transactions
