Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to drive the overall media and growth strategy for a fast-paced consumer-focused business. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, brand understanding, and deep expertise in performance marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of scaling growth across channels while building long-term brand value and leading high-impact marketing initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Media & Growth Strategy

- Develop and lead the overall media and customer growth roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Create integrated marketing strategies across brand, acquisition, retention, and engagement

- Partner with leadership teams to support revenue growth and market expansion initiatives

Performance Marketing Leadership

- Own and scale performance marketing across digital platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces, and other emerging channels

- Drive measurable growth through data-backed acquisition and retention strategies

- Continuously optimize key business metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion efficiency, and marketing contribution

- Strong hands-on understanding of performance marketing is essential for this role

Brand & Campaign Management

- Work closely with brand and creative teams to ensure effective communication across campaigns

- Ensure marketing creatives are optimized for channel performance and audience engagement

- Drive impactful campaigns that balance short-term growth with long-term brand positioning

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Lead, mentor, and scale internal media and growth teams

- Manage external agencies, platform partners, and key stakeholders

- Establish clear KPIs, reporting structures, and scalable operating processes

Analytics & Business Insights

- Leverage analytics and consumer insights to improve campaign effectiveness and media efficiency

- Build forecasting models and reporting frameworks to support business planning

- Partner with finance and leadership teams on budgeting, spend allocation, and performance tracking

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing

- Background in Beauty, Fashion, D2C or FMCG Industries
