Vice President - Markets Business Control Officer - Banking

Job Description:

- Our client is looking for candidates at a VP level preferably someone from Mumbai. This role is a VP-level Business Controls position supporting Macro and Credit Markets business in India, covering Rates, FX and Credit Trading and Sales.

- The individual will own the risk and controls framework, including control assessments, risk events, audit and regulatory remediation, governance, MIS and control reporting.

- The role requires strong understanding of Markets/FICC businesses, preferably through Business Controls, Markets COO/Business Management, Operational Risk, Product Control, Compliance or Audit.

- Candidates should have strong knowledge of ERMF, ORF and Indias regulatory environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working across APAC/global matrix structures. Strong analytical judgement and ability to challenge controls are essential.

- Preference will be given to the candidates from the banking sector.
