Key Responsibilities :
a. Define and segment target markets, buyer personas, and value propositions for company suite of AI solutions.
b. Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs) for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
c. Conduct continuous market analysis to identify new opportunities, monitor competitive activity, and adapt strategies accordingly.
d. Lead all marketing functions, including brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, and corporate communications.
e. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads.
f. Oversee the creation of compelling content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars) that positions RAAPID as a thought leader in healthcare AI.
g. Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and deliver a strong return on investment.
h. Develop high-impact sales enablement materials (e.g., sales decks, battle cards, case studies) to empower the Business Development team.
i. Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to ensure tight alignment on strategy, messaging, and lead handoff processes.
j. Build and nurture strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, thought leaders, and C level executives at target client organizations
k. Design, develop, and implement a cohesive go-to-market strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the U.S. healthcare market.
l. Build & Leverage Agentic AI to automate marketing activities, enhance outcomes, and monitor performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in senior marketing leadership roles within the technology sector & healthcare domain.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth.
- Demonstrable experience working in a global model, leading India-based teams that directly support a U.S. or international market.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing multi-faceted marketing teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business value.
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory for C-suite and U.S. market engagement.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including value-based care and risk adjustment concepts.
- Experience building a marketing function from the ground up in a startup or scale-up environment.
