This is a remote position.
Role & Responsibilities:
- VP Marketing Strategic Leadership
- Own and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
- Partner closely with CEO, Sales, Product, and Leadership Team to support growth plans
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Define and track KPIs, ROI, CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution
Demand Generation & Growth:
- Build and scale revenue-focused marketing programs
- Oversee performance marketing across:
- Digital paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- SEO, content, email, marketing automation
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels and conversion rates
- Support sales with qualified leads, enablement content, and GTM campaigns
Brand & Market Positioning:
- Strengthen brand presence across UAE and wider GCC
- Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Manage PR, communications, partnerships, and events
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels
Team, Agency & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage external agencies, media partners, and vendors
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders
- Act as a key marketing spokesperson internally and externally
Data, Technology & Innovation:
- Drive data-led decision making using analytics and dashboards
- Own CRM, marketing automation, and MarTech stack
- Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and performance
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights
Regional & Commercial Ownership:
- Understand and adapt to local cultural and market nuances
- Support pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience & Background:
- 5-9 years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles
- Experience in UAE / GCC markets strongly preferred
- Proven success in driving growth and revenue through marketing
- Experience managing multi-channel, integrated marketing programs
- Prior experience in tech, SaaS, e-commerce, FMCG, fintech, or B2B is a plus

- Strong strategic and execution capabilities
- Deep understanding of performance marketing + brand building
- Excellent analytical, financial, and reporting skills
- Proven ability to build and scale teams

Education & Other Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- MBA or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Willingness to relocate or currently based in Dubai/UAE
