- Lead marketing strategy and market positioning for institutional audiences in financial services.

- Drive product and corporate marketing, communicate complex financial services, and build engagement with financial institutions and industry stakeholders. Lead campaigns, content, events and thought leadership in partnership with business, product and technology teams. Measure programme effectiveness and develop the marketing team.

- We are seeking a seasoned strategic leader to spearhead the marketing and product positioning for our Treasury and Global Markets division in Mumbai. In this high-impact role, you will act as the bridge between complex financial products-including Forex, G-Secs, and Derivatives-and our institutional client base.

- You will work closely with the Treasury Sales desk, product heads, and senior leadership to craft compelling value propositions that drive market share and enhance client stickiness. By translating intricate market movements into actionable product strategies, you will directly influence the bank's bottom line and solidify our reputation as a market leader in the competitive treasury landscape.

Experience: 12+ years of experience. Financial-services or capital-markets B2B leadership preferred. Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications; postgraduate qualification preferred.
