Position Details

Role: VP - Marketing & Branding
Location: Navi Mumbai
Role Purpose:
- The VP - Marketing & Branding will lead corporate branding, B2B marketing, sustainability communication, and e-commerce growth to strengthen market presence and accelerate business growth across domestic and export markets.
- The role will build the company's reputation as a trusted, quality-driven and sustainable agri supply chain partner, while also expanding e-commerce / marketplace business for branded and/or packaged products.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Corporate Brand & Market Positioning:
- Drive overall corporate brand strategy, positioning, and consistency across markets.
2) B2B Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Generate qualified B2B leads and create strong sales enablement tools for growth.
3) Sustainability & ESG Branding:
- Build and communicate credible sustainability/ESG narrative aligned with sourcing and operations.
4) Product Communication, Packaging & Certifications
- Own product storytelling, packaging communication, and certification-based compliance messaging.
5) E-commerce & Marketplace Growth
- Lead e-commerce growth across marketplaces and D2C through performance marketing and optimization.
- 6) Digital Branding & Content Strategy
- Strengthen digital presence through website, SEO, LinkedIn, content and inbound marketing.
7) Trade Marketing & Industry Visibility
- Plan and execute trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance visibility and pipeline.
8) PR, Reputation & Corporate Communication
- Manage PR, media, brand reputation, and crisis communication to protect and strengthen trust.
9) Team Leadership, Agencies & Budget
- Lead the marketing team, manage agencies, and control budgets with ROI accountability.
