Vice President - Marketing & Brand - Real Estate

Job Summary:

The Vice President Marketing & Brand will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisations overall marketing and brand strategy to drive sustainable growth, enhance market leadership, and strengthen customer trust. This role demands visionary leadership, strategic decision-making, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives. The VP will oversee all marketing functions, manage large-scale budgets, build high-performing teams, and ensure alignment of brand identity with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the organisations marketing and brand vision, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

- Drive innovation in branding, advertising, and customer engagement to differentiate the company in a competitive real estate market.

- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI-driven initiatives.

- Establish strong vendor, agency, and media partnerships while benchmarking against industry best practices.

- Represent the organisation in industry forums, conferences, and public platforms to enhance brand visibility.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and HR to ensure cohesive brand communication.

- Mentor and develop senior marketing leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.

- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine brand positioning.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to company SOPs and brand guidelines.

Job Profile:

- Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.

- Experience: Minimum 15 years in marketing, branding, or communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
