About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, growth-obsessed marketing leader who can build and scale consumer brands through a blend of data-driven performance marketing, creator-led storytelling, and omni-channel brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience driving multi-hundred crore businesses, managing large teams, and creating a strong cultural and consumer connect.
This role demands a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, owning the end-to-end marketing charter brand, digital, growth, content, and community building.
Key Responsibilitie
1. Brand Strategy & Storytelling
- Develop and execute long-term brand strategy, positioning the company as a category leader.
- Build a distinct, memorable brand voice across offline and digital touchpoints.
- Lead high-impact storytelling that connects commerce, culture, and community.
2. Growth Marketing & Performance
- Own the growth engine performance marketing, digital, social, and influencer ecosystem.
- Drive traffic growth, conversion optimization, and retention strategies to deliver aggressive revenue targets.
- Optimize ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and LTV while balancing brand building.
3. Omni-Channel Marketing
- Build integrated campaigns across digital, retail, marketplaces, and global platforms.
- Partner with marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.) and drive category expansion.
- Ensure marketing excellence across India and international markets (SEA, Middle East, etc.).
4. Team Leadership & Operating System
- Lead and inspire a large cross-functional marketing team (3060 members).
- Establish a marketing operating system with clear KPIs across growth, brand, social, and retail marketing.
- Manage large marketing budgets (5060 Cr annually), ensuring efficiency and ROI.
5. Innovation & Consumer Obsession
- Launch new categories and products, ensuring rapid adoption and sustained market share growth.
- Leverage consumer insights to enhance NPS, product-market fit, and brand recall.
- Champion creator-first and social-first initiatives to stay ahead of cultural trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1015 years of experience in marketing leadership roles with digital-first, consumer-facing brands.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses from 50 Cr to 500 Cr+ revenue.
- Strong experience in omni-channel marketing D2C, marketplaces, offline retail, and international markets.
- Expertise in building brand storytelling with measurable impact on growth and profitability.
- Experience managing large teams and high-value budgets with accountability to P&L outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management at executive leadership level.
