Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President - Marketing to take full ownership of brand strategy and creative leadership. This role is ideal for someone with a strong brand marketing background, who can think strategically, lead creatively, and collaborate cross-functionally. Youll work closely with the CEO and key functional heads to craft and communicate a compelling brand story.
This is a brand-first leadership role with a creative core - while you dont need to go deep into performance or retention, familiarity is expected as youll work alongside experienced leads in those areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Own and evolve the brand narrative across all customer touchpoints.
- Create strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and trust in the brand.
Creative Campaigns:
- Lead development of ATL/BTL campaigns, digital storytelling, and brand partnerships.
- Oversee creative direction, working with in-house talent and external agencies.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and grow a 6+ member marketing team.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Head and Retention Lead ensure brand alignment across all growth efforts.
Customer & Market Insights:
- Leverage insights to inform messaging, creative decisions, and campaign strategies.
- Stay on top of trends and competitor movements in consumer tech and healthcare.
Who You Are?
Must-Haves:
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing and creative strategy.
- Proven experience scaling consumer brands in high-growth environments ideally from companies l
- Deep expertise in crafting brand stories, messaging, and creative campaigns.
Nice-to-Have:
- Working knowledge of digital, performance, and retention marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated sectors is a bonus.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications, Engineering, etc.).
- Top-tier institutions preferred but not mandatory.
