We are looking for a VP/MD - Global (India) for a global creative communications agency based at Bengaluru / Mumbai / Gurgaon.
As VP, Global (India), you will be the driving force behind our agency's presence and growth in the India market. You will embody and transfer the vision, ensuring our work in the market represents our best creative and strategic thinking. This is a leadership position for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who excels at agency growth, team oversight, and fostering exceptional client relationships.

Education :
Experience : 11+ years of experience in public relations, integrated communications, content distribution, or a related field within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Growth: Drive agency growth within the market, proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities, including managing RFP processes and negotiating contracts and partnerships.
- Vision & Leadership: Transfer the company's vision and people-first culture to the market, leading and mentoring a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Client & Strategy Leadership: Deliver senior-level integrated communications strategy, creative ideas and plans, leading relationship development and ensuring client business objectives are met with creative thinking and thoughtful insights.
- Best Work: Oversee a portfolio of clients and projects, alongside a team of staff, ensuring the work delivered in the market represents the agency's best creative output and strategic vision.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain account health by managing budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify talent pipelines, build relationships with potential candidates, and contribute to building our presence as an employer of choice in competitive markets.
About You:
- You have a proven track record of creating and executing successful integrated communications strategies, developing and pitching new business successfully, and managing large accounts and teams.
- You are comfortable and highly skilled at interacting with and advising the most senior clients, including C-level stakeholders.
- You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of the market landscape.
