
Hiring: M&A Consulting - Integration & Separation
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Support post-merger integrations, separations & carve-outs
- Plan and execute Day 1 transition activities
- Manage project timelines, risks & stakeholder communication
- Prepare status reports, MIS & track key KPIs
- Work closely with senior stakeholders (CXO level)
- Conduct analytical modeling & business assessments
Requirements:
- CA / MBA from a reputed institute
- Strong understanding of M&A / deal lifecycle
- Excellent analytical & communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong stakeholder & project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure & tight timelines
- Willingness to travel as required
