Vice President - Learning - K12 Online Education

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking VP of Learning Experience to lead the evolution of our educational vision.

This senior leadership role drives innovation in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and enhances student outcomes across all programs.

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated expertise in education, a comprehensive understanding of contemporary learning sciences and technologies, and a passion for advancing K-12 coding and AI education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Educational Strategy: Define and execute the learning vision in alignment with advancements in pedagogy, coding, and AI education for youthful learners.

- Curriculum Leadership: Supervise the development and ongoing refinement of curricula across all grade levels; spearhead introduction of future-ready learning tracks.

- Innovate with EdTech: Employ the latest AI and learning platforms to deliver personalized, interactive, and outcome-centric educational experiences.

- Elevate Teaching Standards: Direct teacher training and certification programs ensuring instruction quality excellence across all courses.

- Ensure Learning Outcomes: Implement high standards for student progress monitored by rigorous assessments and analytics-based improvements.

- Build Strategic Alliances: Partner with academic entities, edtech platforms, and industry authorities to enhance our educational offerings and industry presence.

- Represent the Brand: Advocate our educational philosophy actively at conferences, media engagements, and forums imparting thought leadership.

Ideal Background:

- Comprehensive experience in K-12 or online education with a strong emphasis on instructional design and pedagogy.

- Demonstrated success in developing or scaling impactful learning programs, particularly in coding, STEM, or AI disciplines.

- In-depth familiarity with educational products and platforms.

- Bonus: Proficiency in coding education, utilization of AI in learning technologies, or large-scale curriculum planning and execution.
