Role Overview:
This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR to design and deliver impactful learning and leadership development programs. The position will drive India-focused initiatives while contributing to global learning strategy and curriculum.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with business leaders and HR to assess and address leadership and development needs.
- Design and deliver leadership, management, and professional development programs.
- Own and evolve elements of the global learning curriculum.
- Lead high-impact initiatives such as leadership and high-potential development programs.
- Drive adoption of modern learning solutions, including digital and AI-enabled platforms.
- Manage external vendors and learning partners.
- Track program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Management.
- Strong experience in designing and scaling leadership development programs.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end initiatives in a global environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
