Role Overview:

- Lead enterprise-wide Lean and Digital Transformation initiatives across global operations and client engagements.

- Drive measurable outcomes across productivity, profitability, finance transformation, and digital enablement, partnering closely with CXOs and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute large-scale continuous improvement and transformation agendas.

- Deliver sustained productivity improvement, value-share, and operational excellence.

- Lead deployment of AI, automation, robotics, analytics, and digital solutions.

- Drive transformation across finance processes including FP&A, Accounting Close, Commercial & Operational Finance, Risk, and Financial Systems.

- Influence and partner with COOs, CFOs, and senior stakeholders globally.

- Build, coach, and lead senior transformation and Lean teams in matrixed environments.

Candidate Profile:

- 20+ years of experience in Transformation, Process Excellence, or Consulting.

- Strong background in Lean / Six Sigma with digital transformation exposure.

- Proven global delivery of large-scale digital programs.

- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
