Vice President/Lead - Portfolio Management & Strategic Alignment - Capability Center Operations

Designation : VP - PMO.

Reporting : Head - GRS.

Location : Remote.

Role & responsibilities :

- VP & Portfolio Management & Strategic Alignment Lead will serve as a key partner to the Head of GRS CCO, driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives, special projects, and transformation programs.


- This role will lead the PMO function, ensure strategic alignment across the portfolio, enable leadership effectiveness, and embed robust governance and change management practices across the Capability Center Operations team.


- The role also includes direct leadership of a team of Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Portfolio Alignment.

2. PMO Leadership & Project Delivery.

3. Team Leadership.

4. Strategic Leadership Support.

5. Change Management & Transformation Enablement.

Preferred candidate profile:

Qualifications & Experience:

- 17+ years of overall experience with majority of experience in project/program management, strategic operations, or organizational change.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

- Bachelors or masters degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or Shared Services environment.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

- Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, Lean Portfolio Management, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management frameworks and practices (e.g. PROSCI).
