VP - IT Lead - Banking Client Location : Pune - Will be responsible for overall Deliveries from APAC team. - Design, architect and active involvement on improving the overall development quality. - Active involvement in global prioritization and understanding requirement from stakeholders. - Deep understanding of financial product and ability to learn new things quickly. - Very strong understanding of overall development cycle. What will you be doing? This section should include : - Very strong design and architecting the technical projects. - Strong experience in understanding requirements of financial products. - Strong Java and Angular experience. - At least 5 years of experience in leading 15 members team. - Strong inter-personal skills with ability to communicate thoughts, designs, and implementations in both written and verbal form - Results-oriented, self-starter with positive "can-do" attitude. What we're looking for: - Four-year college degree in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum 15 years or more of professional experience building enterprise scale desktop/web applications. - Hand-on experience on architecting and design discussions of the project. - Solid hands-on on Java and Angular technologies - Strong experience on planning and taking to Go Live.
