Vice President - Investor Relations

Investor Engagement (Buy Side) :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, FIIs, DIIs, mutual funds, AIFs, family offices, and HNIs

- Conduct investor meetings, roadshows, analyst days, and conference calls

- Drive investor targeting strategies to broaden shareholder base

- Address investor queries and provide timely, accurate insights

Sell-Side Coverage Management :

- Develop and manage relationships with equity research analysts and brokerage firms

- Ensure quality research coverage and accurate market positioning

- Facilitate analyst meets, plant visits, and earnings briefings

- Monitor analyst reports and provide feedback/corrections where required

Financial Communication & Reporting :

- Lead quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, annual reports, and press releases

- Ensure consistency and clarity in financial messaging

- Work closely with finance, strategy, and leadership teams for disclosures

Market Intelligence & Strategy :

- Track market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment

- Provide insights to senior leadership on valuation, perception, and investor feedback

- Support strategic initiatives like fundraising, IPOs, QIPs, and M&A

Regulatory & Compliance :

- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as SEBI and stock exchange requirements

- Manage disclosures in line with listing obligations and governance standards
