The fund has built strong institutional and family office partnerships, with active capital-raising momentum. Commitments from leading banks, family offices and wealth advisory platforms.

Capital has been deployed so far across two investments. The first portfolio company is expected to pursue an IPO within the next 12-15 months.
Eligibility: Looking for senior talent with background ideally from Asset Management or ARC with strong domain knowledge of ARC, Stressed Assets, NPA, Special Situations with hands-on experience in the acquisition of mid - large assets and their resolutions.
Must have proven track record in acquisitions (distressed assets / special situations).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and foster banking relationships across major Banks / FIs for sourcing / originating deals matching required criteria.
- Manage Promotor relationships of NPA.
- Carry out detail investment due diligence of identified assets to arrive at a pricing and formulate an appropriate strategy.
- Acquisition of large of assets, manage pre and post bid negotiation.
- Preparation & presentation of investment committee proposals with full compliance with NARCL policies.
- Ensure close coordination with internal teams, compliance, monitoring & timely reporting to SR holders.
Minimum work experience: minimum 12 -14 years in Aquisition and Resolution of Stressed Asset, has strong understanding of legal complexities, brings strong relationships with banks, has led negotiations with banks for NPAs, has formulated resolution strategies, formulated deal structures for resolution, actively dealt with investors and stakeholders.
