Vice President - Investments

Core Responsibilities :

Deal Execution : Lead due diligence processes, advise on deal structuring, build/review financial models, and present actionable investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.

Origination & Sourcing : Identify attractive investment opportunities, network with industry contacts, and leverage the firm's pipeline to generate new deal ideas.

Team Leadership : Manage and mentor Associates and Analysts. Ensure junior staff deliver accurate valuations, financial analyses, and investment memoranda.

Portfolio Management : Value-add by monitoring ongoing performance of portfolio companies, participating on their boards of directors, and driving growth strategies.

Client & Investor Relations : Maintain relationships with institutional investors (Limited Partners) and company executives to support future growth.
