Vice President - Investment - Real Estate Domain

Investment strategy and Execution:

- To lead the full investment Lifecyle - from origination and evaluation to portfolio monitoring, value creation and exits.

- Assisting the Director in preparing the investment strategy for deployment of funds in respective region involving setting investment goals, defining the target markets and asset classes, and establishing risk and return parameters.

- Oversee comprehensive due diligence processes, including legal, technical, financial, market, title, and regulatory aspects.

- Build and present detailed investment memos, financial models (IRR, equity multiple, cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis), and recommendations to the Investment Committee.

- Negotiate deal structures, JV agreements, SPV formations, capital stacks (equity, debt, preferred), and acquisition/ exit terms with developers, landowners, etc.

Desired Experience:

- The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong academic background in finance, real estate, or a related field, as well as experience in real estate domain

Extensive working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) particularly, an ability to create financial models with MS Excel and power point presentations.

- CA or MBA from a top Indian institution. Additional professional qualifications such as CFA would be an added advantage.

- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Indian real estate domain and or corporate finance/ capital markets.
