Vice President - Investment Banking - Equity/Private Equity - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

About the Role:

We are hiring experienced Investment Banking professionals with expertise in Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Private Equity (PE), and M&A Advisory. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact transactions, own client relationships, and drive business growth.

We're Looking For:

- 9-12 years of Investment Banking / Private Equity Advisory experience.

- Experience independently leading M&A transactions valued between USD 50 million and USD 500 million.

- Proven track record of executing Equity Capital Markets (IPO, QIP, Rights Issue, Preferential Allotment) and Private Equity fund-raising transactions.

- Deep sector expertise in Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT), Consumer, or Energy/Climate.

- Strong financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution capabilities.

- MBA (Finance) from a premier institute and/or CA/CFA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and execute Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity, and M&A mandates.

- Drive business development by building relationships with founders, promoters, CXOs, institutional investors, PE funds, and strategic investors.

- Lead end-to-end transaction executionfrom pitchbooks and Information Memorandums to investor outreach, negotiations, due diligence, and deal closure.

- Develop sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses using DCF, Comparable Companies, and Precedent Transactions.

- Advise clients on capital raising, strategic transactions, and investment opportunities.

- Mentor junior bankers while ensuring high-quality execution across multiple live mandates.
