Vice President - Investment Banking - Agnostic Sector

We are seeking a Vice President to join our entrepreneurial and high-performing investment banking team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deal execution skills and the ability to independently source transactions.

Key Criteria:

- Led & closed at least 5 deals (primarily Series B / Series B+ transactions).

- Ability to independently execute transactions with minimal escalations.

- Strong network with domestic and global PE/VC Funds, Family Offices etc. preferably with the ability do Series B / Series B+ transactions.

- Should have led a team of analysts/associates in the past.

- Ability to independently source mandates (Good to Have).

Location: The company has offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai and is looking to hire in these 3 locations (exceptions can be made for exceptional candidates if the situation demands).

Compensation: Top-tier compensation (composed of fixed salary, performance bonus and long-term bonus) offered based on candidate's past experience and fitment.
