Vice President - Investment Bank - Technology Sector

- Lead origination and execution of M&A transactions in the Technology sector.

- Manage client relationships alongside senior bankers and assist in identifying new business opportunities.

- Ensure effective execution of deals; contribute innovative ideas, solutions, and proposals within the team.

- Track sectors and companies, staying up to date with trends and deals.

- Demonstrate strong market intelligence and sector know-how; propose creative alternatives to clients.

- Manage team deliverables, including reviewing financial models, presentations, IMs, and supporting due diligence and marketing efforts.

- Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of mandates.
