We are building India's first student-led venture capital platform-backing the next generation of founders while empowering student investors to become future leaders in VC. This is not a traditional VC role. It's an opportunity to build something that has never been done at this scale before.

What You'll Do

1. Lead & Mentor Future VCs

- Manage and inspire a team of 30+ student investors across campuses.

- Train, coach, and mentor them to run rigorous founder evaluations and build conviction.

- Drive accountability, ensuring the team presents at least two startups to the IC every alternate Sunday.

2. Drive End-to-End Investments

- Source, evaluate, and champion early-stage founders.

- Create sectoral theses and lead deep-dive evaluations with student teams.

- Own deal structuring, financial models, term sheets, and IC presentations.

- Lead negotiations and close investments with founders.

3. Build the Platform Like a Startup

- Operate like a founder-flexible schedules (including evenings/weekends), fast problem-solving, and constant iteration.

- Drive operational cadences (Wednesdays, Thursdays, weekends) to keep processes sharp.

- Continuously improve how we identify, back, and support India's youngest entrepreneurs.

What You'll Bring?

- 8-15 years in venture capital, private equity, or investment management.

- Proven track record of leading teams and driving high-impact investments.

- Strong financial modelling, deal structuring, and negotiation expertise.

- Experience as a startup founder or early-stage operator (whether successful exit or a failed venture)-deep appreciation for the founder journey is highly valued.

- Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship-building abilities.

- Hustle mentality and comfort with weekend/evening work when needed.

- Passion for shaping the future of venture capital in India.
