Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented professional to lead our International Business development efforts in the Biosimilars, Biologics, and Vaccination space. This critical role involves identifying and developing new international markets, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth for our client's portfolio. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful market entry and expansion. This role will directly impact the company's global footprint and revenue generation in the rapidly growing biopharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive international business strategies for Biosimilars, Biologics, and Vaccination products, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential new international markets, conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, regulatory agencies, and healthcare providers, to facilitate market access.
- Negotiate and manage international distribution agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Drive sales growth in international markets, achieving or exceeding established sales targets and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to specific international markets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international regulations and ethical standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of international sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve their individual and team goals.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful international business strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in international markets, specifically within the Biosimilars, Biologics, or Vaccination sectors.
- Strong understanding of international regulatory requirements and market access strategies for pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the global biopharmaceutical market, including key trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to work in a hybrid work environment based in Hyderabad.
