Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Internal Communications leader to drive the global internal communications agenda for a large, fast-paced and globally distributed IT organisation.

This is a highly visible leadership role that will work closely with senior global leadership to shape and deliver compelling communication strategies across geographies. The role will be responsible for strengthening leadership communication, driving employee engagement, building a consistent organisational narrative, and ensuring effective communication across a diverse global workforce.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional storyteller and strategic communications professional with strong experience in working with senior executives and managing communications across multiple regions and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead the organisation's global internal communications strategy, aligned with business priorities and organisational objectives.

- Partner closely with the CEO, CXOs and senior leadership team to develop impactful leadership and executive communications.

- Create and drive a consistent global narrative across employees, leadership teams and key internal stakeholders.

- Lead communications for major business priorities, organisational transformation, strategic initiatives and change programmes.

- Develop compelling communication content including leadership messages, presentations, speeches, town hall narratives, newsletters and other internal communication materials.

- Drive global employee engagement and communication programmes across multiple geographies.

- Partner with regional and functional leadership teams to ensure communication is relevant, consistent and effectively adapted for different audiences and markets.

- Lead communication planning for global town halls, leadership forums, employee events and other strategic internal platforms.

- Strengthen and optimise internal communication channels, including digital platforms, intranet, newsletters and collaboration tools.

- Establish communication calendars, governance frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency across the organisation.

- Measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through employee feedback, engagement metrics and other relevant insights.

- Work closely with HR, Marketing, Corporate Communications and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of internal messaging and organisational priorities.

- Build and mentor a high-performing internal communications team and external partner ecosystem, where applicable.

Candidate Profile:

- 20+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in Internal Communications, Executive Communications or Corporate Communications.

- Strong experience working with CXO-level and senior global leadership teams.

- Demonstrated experience in managing global internal communications across multiple geographies, preferably including North America, Europe and APAC.

- Experience working in a large, complex and matrixed organisation.

- Strong exposure to leadership communication, strategic storytelling and employee engagement.

- Experience supporting organisational transformation, change management or large-scale business initiatives would be highly desirable.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex business topics into compelling narratives.

- Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

- Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgement and manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the Technology, IT Services, Global Capability Centre or other large global organisations would be preferred.
