Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Integration Delivery Head to lead end-to-end delivery of modern integration services. This role calls for a steady handsomeone who has walked through years of real transformation work and can guide teams with both wisdom and forward-leaning clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Oversee delivery of modern integration services in close alignment with the Integration Practicecovering API management, event-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native integrations.

- Drive adoption of AI-First assets for integration modernization and establish Integration Centers of Excellence (COEs) across product ecosystems such as MuleSoft, Kong, and others.

- Lead centralized Integration Factory models to improve delivery velocity and reduce overall TCO.

- Guide architecture design, platform selection, and implementation across platforms such as IBM API Connect, Kong, Azure APIM, MuleSoft, Kafka, AWS, and more.

- Promote and mature the use of acceleratorsmigration assessors, reference architectures, APIOpsto enable rapid, predictable delivery.

- Champion innovation across integration estate modernization, leveraging cloud-native, event-driven, and composable architectures.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 18+ years of deep expertise in integration technologies, delivery leadership, and complex transformation programs.

- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale portfolios and enterprise-wide integration initiatives.

- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of value creation, financial impact, and next-generation business models.

- Bachelors or masters degree in information technology or a related field.
