Vice President - Integrated Operations

The VP - Integrated Operations will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, planning and customer fulfillment across the organization. This role will drive operational excellence, cost optimization, service level improvements and cross-functional integration to support business growth, scalability and profitability. The incumbent will work closely with leadership to align operations strategy with business objectives while building robust systems, processes and high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead integrated operations covering manufacturing/production, supply chain planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics and distribution

- Drive end-to-end process integration across functions to improve efficiency, visibility and responsiveness

- Lead capacity planning, demand-supply balancing, S&OP and inventory optimization

- Ensure cost optimization across operations through productivity improvement, automation and process re-engineering

- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs and governance frameworks for operational performance

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, digitization, ERP/WMS/TMS)

- Manage vendor and partner ecosystem including 3PLs, contract manufacturers and service providers

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory and ESG standards

- Build, mentor and lead senior operational leadership teams

- Act as a strategic partner to business, sales and finance teams for growth initiatives
