VP - Insurance Operations (London/Lloyds Market) - 18+ Years - Gurgaon/Noida
Lead and execute the operational strategy for insurance operations, focusing on policy services and underwriting for the London and Lloyds markets. Ensure scalable, high-quality delivery, strong governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous operational transformation while driving growth, efficiency, and risk-controlled outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for London and Lloyds market insurance operations.
- Translate business and client strategy into a multi-year operational roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex operational, regulatory, and client issues.
- Own governance across the full policy lifecycle including underwriting support, binding, post-bind activities, accounting & settlement, claims support, renewals, administration, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to market practices, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee policy issuance, endorsements, bordereaux, invoicing, and rule-based decision-making.
Requirements:
- 18+ years of experience in insurance operations, policy services, or related senior roles.
- Deep expertise in London / Lloyds insurance market operating models, policy administration systems, and data workflows.
- Proven experience managing large, multi-client insurance operations and senior client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, stakeholder management, and people leadership capabilities.
- Bachelors degree required; postgraduate degree (MBA) or insurance certifications preferred.
